Students used simple shapes to trace. Shaped had to stay simplified and overlap. They used watercolor crayons to paint. 

     

Stained glass rosettes

For this this years stained glass project, I needed something less intense to install so I went with using take out plastic dome containers that I ordered from amazon and used the same technique of using cellophane and vegetable oil.  We studied stained glass rosettes including the one in our very own St. Edward Church that has a musical instrument theme.
